Privacy Policy

About Morin

Morin is an AI creation app operated by yuxixi. This policy covers the Morin app, its account and creation services, and these public information pages. For privacy questions or account/data deletion requests, email morin.fu.morin@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Account information: a generated account identifier and device-stored login credential; if you choose to link an account, your username and a password hash. Creating a guest account does not require an email address.
• Creation content: the photos, videos, audio, novel text, descriptions and settings you submit, generated prompts, outputs, task status and creation history. Photos can include faces and other personal information.
• Purchases and credits: store product and transaction identifiers, subscription status and expiry, purchase/refund events, and credit grants and usage. Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) processes payment details; our backend does not receive your full payment card number.
• Operational information: requests and errors, timestamps, network information such as IP addresses, and app/device information used by our infrastructure and purchase services for operation, diagnostics and security.

How information is used

We use this information to identify your account, process your requested AI tasks, store and display your work, verify purchases, manage credits, provide support, and investigate errors, misuse or disputed transactions. We process the content you select or submit; a photo selection is not permission for us to upload your entire photo library.

Service providers and AI processing

We use Hetzner for hosted services, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, and Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat for purchases and subscription verification. RevenueCat receives your Morin account identifier and purchase information, not your private Morin login credential.

Depending on the feature and the service configured for it, selected images, text, video or audio may be sent to providers such as Google Gemini, BytePlus/Seedream, MiniMax or hosted ComfyUI services to perform generation or analysis. A provider is not sent every item in your library simply because you use the app. Provider processing, retention and locations can differ; this policy does not promise that all third parties apply the same retention or model-training practices.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Authorized operators may access task records and submitted descriptions for support, maintenance and investigation. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

Storage, retention and security

Account records, submitted content and generated work are stored to support your history and continued use. There is currently no universal automatic expiry for all uploaded content and outputs. Uninstalling the app does not delete server-side records.

Production connections use HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed, and access to private account resources requires authentication. Media may be delivered through time-limited signed URLs; anyone you share a working URL or downloaded file with may be able to view it. No security method eliminates every risk.

After a verified deletion request, we review and remove the applicable account and content records. Some purchase, credit, security or dispute records may need to be retained for legal obligations or fraud prevention, and existing backups may retain copies until replaced. Contact us for the scope and timing of your specific request; we do not promise an automatic fixed-day deletion schedule.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can choose what content to submit and request access, correction or deletion by emailing morin.fu.morin@gmail.com. For deletion, use the subject “Morin account and data deletion”, include your account ID or linked username if available, and state whether you want the entire account or particular content deleted. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Never send your password, private login credential or complete payment card details.

Account deletion is currently handled through support; there is no automatic in-app account-deletion button. A guest account can be harder to identify after losing its local credential. Restoring a store purchase restores eligible paid access, not necessarily the private work of a different guest account.

Deleting an account or uninstalling Morin does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. On Android, manage cancellation separately in Google Play subscriptions.

These pages and policy updates

These static legal pages do not add analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Hosting services still process ordinary web requests. We update this policy when our practices change; the date above identifies this version. Contact yuxixi at the email above if you have questions, including concerns about a child's information.

iOS and Android purchases

For purchases made through the iOS App Store, Apple processes payment details and we use Apple and RevenueCat purchase information to verify subscriptions and credits. On Android, the corresponding store is Google Play. Our backend does not receive your full payment card number. Selected photos or camera images are used for the creation you request; selecting a photo does not authorize uploading your entire library. Manage Apple subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Account deletion and store subscription cancellation are separate actions.

• 购买与积分：商店商品和交易标识、订阅状态与到期时间、付款及退款事件、积分发放和消耗记录。付款资料由 Apple（iOS）或 Google Play（Android）处理，我们的后端不会收到完整银行卡号。
• 运行信息：请求、错误、时间戳、IP 地址等网络信息，以及基础设施和购买服务用于运行、诊断及安全的应用和设备信息。

用途与服务商

这些信息用于识别账号、执行你请求的 AI 任务、保存和展示作品、验证购买、管理积分、处理客服问题和调查故障或争议。你选择一张照片，不代表授权上传整个相册。

我们使用 Hetzner 托管服务、Cloudflare R2 存储媒体，并通过 Apple App Store、Google Play 和 RevenueCat 验证购买。RevenueCat 接收 Morin 账号标识及购买信息，不接收你的私密 Morin 登录凭证。

根据所用功能及其服务配置，选定的图片、文字、视频或音频可能交给 Google Gemini、BytePlus/Seedream、MiniMax 或托管的 ComfyUI 服务进行生成或分析。不会仅因使用应用就将整个资料库发送给每个服务商。服务商可能在境外处理数据；不同服务商的保留和模型训练规则可能不同，本政策不承诺第三方具有完全一致的数据处理规则。

经授权的运营人员可能为客服、维护和排查问题访问任务记录及提交描述；法律要求时也可能披露必要信息。

保存与安全

为提供作品历史与持续使用功能，账号、提交内容和生成结果会保存在服务端，目前没有覆盖所有内容的统一自动到期删除机制。卸载应用不会删除服务端记录。

生产环境使用 HTTPS，账号密码以哈希形式保存，私有账号资源需要身份验证。媒体可能通过限时签名链接提供；分享有效链接或下载文件后，接收人可能查看该内容。任何安全措施都不能排除全部风险。

收到并核验删除请求后，我们会核查并删除相应账号或内容记录。部分交易、积分、安全和争议记录可能因法律义务或防欺诈需要保留，已有备份也可能在被替换前保留副本。具体范围与时间请通过邮箱确认，我们不承诺固定天数内自动完成所有副本删除。

你的选择与删除请求

你可以选择提交哪些内容，并通过 morin.fu.morin@gmail.com 请求查询、更正或删除。删除邮件主题可写“Morin 账号与数据删除”，提供账号 ID 或已绑定用户名（如有），说明删除整个账号还是指定作品。为确认归属，我们可能要求必要的核验信息。不要发送密码、私密登录凭证或完整支付卡资料。

目前删除通过人工客服处理，应用内尚无自动注销按钮。游客丢失本地凭证后可能难以核实归属；恢复购买仅恢复符合条件的付费权益，不等于恢复另一个游客账号的私人作品。

删除账号或卸载应用不会自动取消订阅，Android 用户请另行在 Google Play 订阅管理中取消。

页面与更新

这些静态条款页面没有添加统计脚本或广告追踪器，托管服务仍会处理普通网页请求。实践发生变化时会更新政策，日期以页面顶部为准。如有隐私或儿童信息相关疑问，请联系运营者 yuxixi。

iOS 与 Android 购买

通过 iOS App Store 购买时，由 Apple 处理付款资料，我们使用 Apple 和 RevenueCat 的购买信息核验订阅及积分；Android 对应商店为 Google Play。我们的后端不会收到完整银行卡号。你选定的相册照片或拍摄图片用于所请求的创作，选择照片不代表授权上传整个相册。Apple 订阅请通过 Apple 订阅设置管理。删除账号与取消商店订阅是独立操作。

你的選擇與刪除請求

你可選擇提交的內容，並透過上述信箱要求查詢、更正或刪除資料。刪除申請主旨可寫「Morin 帳號與資料刪除」，提供帳號 ID 或已綁定使用者名稱（如有），說明刪除整個帳號或指定作品。我們可能要求必要的歸屬核實資訊。請勿傳送密碼、私密登入憑證或完整付款卡資料。

目前刪除由人工客服處理，應用程式內尚無自動刪除帳號按鈕。訪客遺失本地憑證後可能難以核實歸屬；恢復購買只恢復符合條件的付費權益，不會恢復另一個訪客帳號的私人作品。

刪除帳號或解除安裝不會自動取消訂閱。iOS 請在 Apple 訂閱設定取消，Android 請在 Google Play 訂閱管理取消。

頁面與更新

這些靜態頁面沒有加入分析腳本或廣告追蹤器，託管服務仍會處理一般網頁請求。實務變更時會更新本政策，版本日期見頁首。如有隱私或兒童資料相關問題，請聯絡營運者 yuxixi。

Morin について

Morin は yuxixi が運営する AI 制作アプリです。本ポリシーはアプリ、アカウント・制作サービス、およびこの公開ページに適用されます。お問い合わせ先は morin.fu.morin@gmail.com です。

取り扱う情報と利用目的

自動作成されるアカウント ID、端末内のログイン認証情報、任意で登録するユーザー名とパスワードのハッシュを扱います。ゲスト利用にはメールアドレスの入力は不要です。

送信した写真（顔を含む場合があります）、動画、音声、小説本文、説明、設定、生成プロンプト、作品、処理状況・履歴を、制作と保存のために処理します。写真を選択しても、アルバム全体のアップロードを許可したことにはなりません。

購入確認とクレジット管理のため、商品・取引 ID、契約状態と有効期限、購入・返金イベント、クレジット履歴を処理します。決済は Apple（iOS）または Google Play（Android）が扱い、当社のバックエンドはカード番号全体を受け取りません。運用、診断、安全対策のために、リクエスト、エラー、時刻、IP アドレス、アプリ・端末情報も処理されます。

委託先と AI 処理

ホスティングに Hetzner、メディア保存に Cloudflare R2、購入確認に Apple App Store、Google Play と RevenueCat を使用します。RevenueCat にはアカウント ID と購入情報を渡し、Morin の秘密のログイン認証情報は渡しません。

機能と設定に応じて、選択したコンテンツを Google Gemini、BytePlus/Seedream、MiniMax、またはホストされた ComfyUI サービスへ送信し、生成・解析を行う場合があります。すべてのライブラリをすべての事業者へ送信するわけではありません。国外で処理される場合があり、事業者ごとの保存やモデル学習の方針は異なります。第三者に同一の方針が適用されることは保証しません。

権限を持つ運営担当者がサポートや調査のために処理記録や説明を確認する場合があります。また、適用法令により必要な情報を開示する場合があります。

保存・安全管理・削除

アカウント、送信内容、生成結果は履歴と継続利用のために保存します。すべての内容に共通する自動削除期限は現在ありません。アンインストールだけではサーバー上の記録は削除されません。

本番環境では HTTPS、パスワードのハッシュ化、アカウント認証を使用します。メディアには有効期限付きリンクを使う場合があります。有効なリンクや保存したファイルを共有すると、受信者が閲覧できる場合があります。完全な安全を保証するものではありません。

情報の開示、訂正、アカウント・作品の削除は、上記メールへご連絡ください。件名を「Morin account and data deletion」とし、可能であればアカウント ID または登録ユーザー名と、削除対象をお知らせください。所有者の確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。パスワード、秘密のログイン認証情報、完全なカード情報は送らないでください。

現在はサポートによる手動対応であり、アプリ内に自動退会ボタンはありません。確認後に対象記録を調査・削除しますが、法的義務、不正防止、紛争対応に必要な取引等の記録や、更新前のバックアップが残る場合があります。個別の範囲・時期はお問い合わせください。固定日数での全コピー削除は約束しません。

ゲスト認証情報を失うと所有者確認が難しくなる場合があります。購入の復元は有効な購入権限を復元するもので、別のゲストの非公開作品を復元するものではありません。Android では削除やアンインストールとは別に、Google Play で定期購入の解約が必要です。

このページと変更

この静的ページには広告・解析トラッカーを追加していませんが、ホスティング側は通常のウェブリクエストを処理します。内容を変更した場合は更新日を改訂します。お子様の情報を含むプライバシーのご相談も、運営者 yuxixi までご連絡ください。

iOS と Android での購入

iOS の App Store で購入する場合、決済情報は Apple が処理し、当社は Apple と RevenueCat の購入情報を使って定期購入とクレジットを確認します。Android の対応ストアは Google Play です。当社のサーバーはカード番号全体を受け取りません。選択した写真や撮影画像は依頼された制作に使用し、写真の選択だけでアルバム全体の送信を許可したことにはなりません。Apple の定期購入は Apple のサブスクリプション設定で管理してください。アカウント削除とストアでの解約は別の操作です。
